I used this by the pool and it was totally fine with random splashes, so I was feeling good about it. But after it got fully dunked, the sound went a little muffled for a while. It’s still working now, but I expected it to handle that better. I reached out and got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which didn’t exactly make me feel any better.

I spent almost an hour trying to get this speaker set up, it was frustrating. The app kept failing on me, and connecting through Bluetooth was messier than it should have been. Maybe I missed something, but it definitely didn’t feel user-friendly. By the end, I was just worn out and disappointed because I really wanted to be excited about using it

The Bluetooth disconnects every few minutes, which makes the speaker pretty much useless. I’ve tried reconnecting it multiple times and it’s the same issue every time. it’s frustrating because it feels like this problem just gets overlooked

It worked okay at first, but it broke after just a few months of using it. I was expecting it to last longer than that.

I used my UE speaker from Friday through Sunday, it still had some charge left, which was kind of surprising. Like, I wasn’t really expecting the battery to hold up that well, but it totally did. Impressed, honestly.

I picked this up from Ultimate Ears after going back and forth between a few different speakers, i’m happy with the choice. For what I paid, it feels like a solid deal.

The sound is REALLY good, the battery lasts plenty long for how I use it, and the speaker feels tough enough that I’m not worried about carrying it around. It’s not the cheapest one out there, but it also doesn’t feel overpriced.

Shipping was fine, nothing amazing, but no issues either. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the app could be smoother, but overall the value for money is definitely there.

Am I the only one who’s had a rough time trying to get help from Ultimate Ears support? I had an issue with my order and reached out thinking it would be straightforward, but it took days just to get a response.

When they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. I kept getting the same generic answer with no actual solution, which was super frustrating. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I picked up an Ultimate Ears speaker after seeing all the hype, it does sound good for its size. It gets plenty loud, and voices come through clearly, so I’ve been using it in the kitchen and outside without any real issues.
That said, I feel a little misled by how full the sound was made out to be. The bass has some punch, but at lower volumes it can sound kind of thin, and when I turn it up higher, the top end gets a bit sharp at times.

It’s definitely not a bad speaker, and for casual listening it’s fine. I just expected a more balanced, richer sound for the price, so I’m left feeling like it didn’t quite live up to what was advertised.

It’s portable, but I’m not totally sure I’d call it super easy to carry around. It feels kinda heavy to me, though maybe that’s just compared to what I was expecting.

I bought this thinking it would get loud, but it just doesn’t. It only sounds decent if the room is super, super quiet. The bass is weak too, kind of flat with no real kick or punch. For the price, I was pretty, disappointed

The app keeps randomly losing my speaker, and it’s getting frustrating. I’ll be trying to use it like normal, then suddenly it acts like the speaker doesn’t exist. What makes it worse is getting the same canned apology instead of an actual fix. I don’t need another “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” message, I just want the app to work

I’ll be fair, the design is nice, and the colors are genuinely fun. But once I had it in front of me, a few parts looked bulkier than I expected, which kind of took away from the clean look I was hoping for. I don’t think it’s right to make it sound like a bad product, because it isn’t, but it’s just not really my favorite...
